About the Course

The Business of Social Work™ began as a coaching program for social workers entering the field, created to bridge the gap between academic training and real-world career navigation.

What quickly became clear was that this work needed to be more than coaching. Social workers were not only seeking guidance they were seeking structure, strategy, and clarity around the pathways available to them early in their careers.

This course was developed to meet that need. It equips social workers with foundational business knowledge, entrepreneurial insight, and practical tools to build sustainable, impactful careers whether in private practice, leadership, or innovative practice models.
