Autumn is a Licensed Master Social Worker who graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Master's degree in Social Work. Autumn has a background in healthcare working with various minority communities, she passionate about creating safe spaces for healing for black women and women of color. Autumn employs the strengths perspective, which places an individual's strengths at the center of their healing process, and she prefers to incorporate a solution-focused approach to help you achieve your goals.

Autumn is resourceful and a creative thinker in navigating life's challenges and stressors. Autumn is dedicated to assisting black women who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and infertility, along with other life transitions, relationships, and the establishment of boundaries. She enjoys plants, flowers, and gardening, as well as quality time with family and friends, a good book, and an exciting challenge.
